This rod was engineered with two things in mind; to make a more powerful version of our massively popular 39 inch light power glass DIPSTICK, and with the ideal flex to serve as a perfect partner for a Jaw Jacker or iFishPro tip-up. The DRENCH thrives across a huge variety of applications beyond tip-ups. The light tip helps work small treble hook baits and jigs to all-at-once tackle trophy walleye, jumbo perch and slab crappie! The slow action keeps fish hooked in battle better than any graphite rod you own, and also makes this a fantastic deadstick rod, similarly to the DIPSTICK, but with extra power for emphasis on larger baits and bigger fish.
