Warranty Policy

 

Here at Frostbite we stand by our product, but we also stand by our customers, and want to help you get back on the ice as soon as possible.

Our Burnt and Twilight series rods are covered by a 30-day limited warranty for manufacturer defects. The warranty period will begin from the date you receive the rod.

Our Medallion and Vantablack series rods are covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturer defects. The warranty period will begin from the date you receive the rod.

Accidental breakage due to misuse including misapplications and general wear and tear will not be covered. Each rod is a precisely tuned tool that must be stored, transported, and used appropriately. We understand ice fishing is demanding on equipment so please prepare, pack, and care for your Frostbite gear accordingly.


Warranty Process

If you believe that a product you received was defective, or was damaged/broken under normal fishing conditions due to a manufacturer defect, please complete the following warranty process. Only products damaged/broken within the warranty period will be considered. 

Email the following information to info@fishfrostbite.com

  • A photo clearly showing the damaged/defective product
  • Your original order number (this will be 4-5 digits and can be found in your order confirmation email)
  • A brief explanation of how the item was damaged
